Update: Aug 8th 4:11PM

The doctors just removed Dale's breathing tube and he is now breathing on his own.  Also, because of possible damage to the brain they were unsure if he would be able to speak.  Minutes after the tube was removed, the doctors told him to cough. Not only did Dale talk back to the doctors, he responded in a full sentence saying, "I don't have to." Dale continues to get better by the minute and the doctors are more and more amazed! God is good!

  1. Praise The Lord!!!!!!! God is so good, He has a plan for you, young man. Now you get to figure it out and perhaps it is preaching about our good, loving, healing, rescuing Father in Heaven!!!
Continue to get well, we are praying here in Pennsylvania. God bless you Dale, PRAISE HIM!!!

  2. God is awesome!! Dale and your family are in my family's prayers. I encourage you to stand firm that he will have a complete recovery. Continue to speak God's Word over Dale. What the enemy meant for harm the Lord will use for good.

Isaiah 53:5 "peace" in this verse is Shalom which means Nothing Missing, Nothing Broken.

  4. PRAISE BE TO GOD!!!!

I thank God for you and for placing His hands upon you, bringing you back. The enemy tried to take you before your time, but God said, "No, it is not time yet!" I know that God has great things in store for you. You are a miracle and you will touch lives. May God bless you and your family to the depths always. Prayers are with you all. -Dawn H.

25 The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
26 The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

  6. God is such a great God and those other children who knelt down in the sand to pray for their friend are the real heros. They saved him through their prayers to their awesome God. Not to take away from the recrew team or the parametics; they are great and we all need and thank them but those precious children doing what God instructs them to do; to pray and turn it over to Him is what saved Dale. Bless all of you.

  8. It is truly a miracle and Doernbecher's must have a special link with the Lord. Our little boy Mickey suffered an anoxic brain injury in early May and when we arrived at Doernbecher's they were preparing us to leave without him. I'm so happy to say that Mickey is home and whole and it's like nothing ever happened. I pray for the same outcome for Dale.

A note from Mickey (typed by his mom)...I love you, Dale and I hope you'll be okay.
